Nelly Company continues to demonstrate its commitment to employees and responsible business practices this year. Starting from 1 November 2025, salaries for all employees have been increased by 10%, bringing the average salary in the company to 132,000 dinars.
The decision to increase salaries comes as a continuation of the company’s long-standing practice of investing in people and improving the living standard of its employees. The hard work, dedication and professionalism of the team are the foundation of Nelly’s success, as the company believes that people are its greatest strength and the most important part of every achievement.
It is worth noting that the company also increased employee salaries by 10% during the previous year, clearly demonstrating continuity in its intention to reward the work and contribution of every individual. This practice will become a permanent part of Nelly’s business policy, with the goal of improving working conditions, financial security and employee motivation year after year.
Care for employees at Nelly is reflected not only through salary increases, but also through a range of additional benefits and a carefully built relationship based on trust and respect. Every employee receives a cash gift of 5,000 dinars for Christmas and 5,000 dinars for Easter, while all women in the company receive perfumes as gifts for 8 March.
Each year, the company also organises a large celebration for its employees, during which the most loyal and deserving members of the team are awarded. Employees who have been with the company for 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 years receive watches or gold gifts as a token of appreciation for their long-standing loyalty and contribution to the company’s development.
A special form of recognition is also given to the 15 best employees, whom the company rewards each year with a seaside holiday. These celebrations, for which Nelly has already become well known, always take place in an atmosphere of unity and celebration, featuring performances by well-known musicians. In previous years, employees have enjoyed performances by Lexington Band and Aca Sofronijević’s Orchestra, among others, while Halid Bešlić also performed at one of the celebrations.
