This renowned event, which brings together leading manufacturers, distributors, and sweet enthusiasts from around the globe, has once again confirmed that quality and innovation remain at the core of our company.
ISM 2025 – Bigger, Better, and More Innovative
From February 2 to 5, 2025, ISM once again transformed Cologne into the central meeting point for the global confectionery and snack industry – with even more exhibitors, a larger exhibition space, and numerous innovations! More than 1,500 companies from 70 countries showcased their latest products, proving that the confectionery industry is bursting with ideas and energy.
With 32,000 business visitors from 135 countries and a 7% increase in attendance compared to last year’s fair, ISM continued its successful growth, setting new standards in the world of confectionery products.
Our Stand – The Enchanting Chocolate House
One of the biggest highlights of our presence at the fair was our uniquely designed stand in the shape of a chocolate house! Inspired by a fairytale world of sweets, our stand became a true magnet for visitors eager to discover the exquisite flavors of Nelly chocolate and immerse themselves in an atmosphere reminiscent of a real chocolate adventure.
The interior of the house was designed to radiate warmth and sweet aromas in every corner, while the walls were adorned with visually stunning Nelly products, creating an irresistible blend of aesthetics and flavor.

Beyond tastings and indulging in rich flavors, the fair provided an excellent opportunity to connect with new distributors, expand our market, and strengthen existing business relationships.
